Getting Ready for Surgery <Open to all>

[Maciey Rolan]

Maciey looked at the clock, it was two minutes to eleven pm.

She quickly changed into the proper surgery gear that she needed to wear for this particular assignment, this surgery required a pediatrician to be there, seeing as the child that needed heart surgery was only four years old.

Maciey closed her locker quickly and sat down on the bench, she was great at her job, but this was her 3rd time operating on a child, the last one that she did died, and that is why it was so important for the surgery to go right, that is why one paediatrician and one doctor had to be there.

You can do this Maciey, it was an accident, you can make this ok....

She kept repeating the same phrase to herself over and over again, she hated the thought of losing another child, well she hated the thought of losing anyone, that is why she thought her job was the hardest, she was trying to make sure the people who needed help staying alive stayed alive, and now she is trying to make sure this little boy makes it one more day with his family, she couldn't bare the thought of losing him.

I can do this!

[Larry Daniels]

Larry shook his head pushing his hand trough his red alright.. orange hair. He smiled entering the locker room wearing a blue shirt and a red tie and black pants he saw a women and walked up. He smiled. "Ello' my name is Dr. Daniels. I'm working on the Four year old today. Heart surgery. Would you happen to be in it?" He said smiling..

Wow she's pretty... Keep these thoughts inside Larry don't speak.

[Meredith Grey]

_{Meredith sauntered up and saw the slight look of nervousness on Macey's face. She was a pediatrician so she'd lost a few children and while it hurt she was used to it. Everything ok? She asked softly. She caught Larry's gaze out of the side of her eye but didn't say anything to him.}

[Larry Daniels]

Larry looked at Dr. Grey who popped up. "Bloody Hell Grey. Don't pop up like that." He said. "Do you have that file on the child. I need to know whats with this heart. Whats the big problem." He asked her.

He looked at Dr. Grey wondering if she had it.

[Meredith Grey]

_{Meredith looked at the ground when Larry made the first comment. So many times in her life... but soo soo much worse than that. Yes... um... I... ummmm right here. She stuttered. She sifted through her folders and pulled one out. Right here. She said quietly. The way she acted you'd never know she was one of the best.}

[Larry Daniels]

He smiled taking his glasses out and reading a little of the file. He smiled, "Thank You." He told Dr. Grey.

"Hm.. nothing that serious to worry about. Noting to hard. After all its a basic heart implants." He said. "La..la..la.laa.la.la." He said zooming trough the paper. "Yep nothing to bad." He said nodding giving Dr. Grey the file.

He went to the mans section of the changing room and got into a blue uniform. Closing his locker door he stood there waiting for the process to start. [/

[Meredith Grey]

_{Meredith took the file back and stood in the corner. Her blue scrubs stood out slightly against the darker wall.}

[Maciey Rolan]

Maciey looked at the two people talking at each other.

Umm.. Yes I am Dr. Rolan, So how is the child's medical history?

She asked very concerned, she was happy that more than one surgeon would be with her, and what made it even better is that the other surgeon she would be working with was cute.

[Larry Daniels]

Dennis has moved out of his quarters and said, "Child has had an early heart implant obviously now it is broken. Basically the material pumps blood to the lower level of his body." He stopped.

"The child had have points where he felt weird and out of good condition. Basically we need need supporters installed and old ones removed. Unknown until the next surgery. Also the child has faced a few low heart pumps." He ended.

[Maciey Rolan]

"Well, is the child already in the Operating room, or is he still in his bed?" She asked.

"Well, the our most important step as of right now, is to make sure he gets threw the surgery with no or as few complications as possible.." she concluded.

[Larry Daniels]

Larry nodded. "The patient is currently waiting in the operation room. Ready for operation. It wont be that difficult though one implant has been moved to the stomach. It's a small piece, but a huge pain." He nodded.

"The most easy thing too do is go slowly and not to worry." He ended. "Let's go."

[Meredith Grey]

_{Meredith grabbed a cloth hat and pulled her hair up into it and tied a mask around her face. Alright. She said quietly. Let's go.}

[Larry Daniels]

Larry was ready. He nodded his head and went torward the other door into the operastion room. He toke his hands and put them into the sink and started to wash them with soap. About a minute later he toke some gloves and put them on. He moved over to the patient to look at him.

He smiled. He toke a seat next too him. Getting ready for Dr. Rolan and him and probably Dr. Grey preform surgury. Hopefully it would be a sucessful one too..
